Andy Parker is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in English Education, and a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, from where he holds a Masters of Education and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration and Supervision.

He has served in various administrative positions throughout his career, including Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction, assistant high school principal, and middle school principal. He is currently serving as the Principal for Bay High School and as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Southern Mississippi. He is also a member of several professional organizations where he holds leadership positions. He has served as President of the Humane Society of South Mississippi’s Board of Directors for the past two years and is one of the founders of the University of Southern Mississippi’s Principals’ Center.
